New Day Gluten Free aims to be a cornerstone in the community creating a neighborhood atmosphere where customers feel comfortable and become instant regulars. We are sensitive to the often overlooked population of people diagnosed with celiac disease as well as food allergy sufferers. We aim to cater to their needs for easy access to clearly-labeled safe-to-eat packaged foods, and a dedicated gluten-free environment for dining. At New Day Gluten Free we are catering to customers with Celiac disease and other food allergies, but also dedicated to changing the way the general public views gluten-free products. Our management team possesses a strong background in the restaurant industry, and they are also conversant in the gluten-free lifestyle. We hope to become an important resource in the local community, creating an atmosphere where customers feel comfortable to find their favorite gluten-free products as well as discover new ones. The packaged foods portion of the store will have essentials such as breads and baked goods, desserts, pastas and sauces, meals/entrees, and much more. The café will have counter service with a display cooler featuring freshly prepared food and meals, made with local ingredients and adhering to specific allergies like gluten, milk, soy, and others. Everything is made from scratch in our dedicated gluten & peanut free facility. An on-site resource center will further aid customers, who can research their various food allergies, obtain product information, find local doctors, and locate gluten-free restaurants.
