Gluten-free recipes and everyday living general information, not medical advice

New Day Gluten Free

Medical note

Last updated October 17, 2026

New Day Gluten Free publishes general information about gluten-free cooking and living. Please read this before you rely on anything here.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Celiac disease, wheat allergy and other conditions that call for avoiding gluten are medical matters. Decisions about testing, diet and symptoms belong with your own doctor and, ideally, a registered dietitian.

If you have not been tested

Tests for celiac disease generally work only while you are still eating gluten. If you suspect gluten is a problem for you, talk to a doctor before you remove it from your diet.

Allergies

Our recipes avoid gluten, but they may contain other allergens such as milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts or peanuts. If you have a food allergy, follow the advice of your allergist, and never rely on a recipe site to decide what is safe for you.

Labels and cross-contact

Product recipes change, and labeling rules differ between countries. Always read the label on the package in your hand. No article here can promise that a product, kitchen or restaurant is free of gluten.

When to get help

See a doctor if you have symptoms that worry you, symptoms that continue on a gluten-free diet, or questions about a child’s health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
